Job Description

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) collaborates with Chicago House's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) toward setting and driving the organizational vision and operations strategy. This role translates the agency into actionable steps for growth, implements organization-wide goal setting, performance management and annual operations planning. This leader will ensure the agency continually works toward building a highly inclusive culture in which team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met. Support agency's mission by assisting CEO and staff in the areas of, Finance management, IT management, and day-to-day operational support needed to accomplish the agency mission.
