Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into our database systems accurately and efficiently.
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system.
Manage and maintain files, records, and documents in an organized manner.
Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries as needed.
Conduct regular audits of data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Respond to inquiries regarding data and provide necessary documentation as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or IT is a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role.
Strong typing skills and proficiency in data entry software.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
