As a Window Teller, you’ll be the friendly face residents count on for essential services—helping with vehicle registrations, permits, and more. You’ll provide vital support while delivering a high standard of customer care.

Position Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM (occasional Saturdays and flexibility to support other branches required)

Compensation: $15.00/hour with weekly pay

What You’ll Do

Serve customers in person with professionalism and care

Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced drawer

Review and process important documentation with attention to detail

Assist with various office duties and support team operations

Represent the Tax Office with courtesy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

A minimum of 6 months of recent experience in in-person customer service, including cash handling and data entry, within the past two years

Strong typing skills (30+ WPM) and basic math proficiency

High School Diploma or GED (must bring to interview)

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Clear communication and excellent customer service mindset

Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese is a plus

Important Information: Candidates will be required to undergo background checks, including Criminal City, State, and National checks, Drug Screening, and verification of Education and Employment, in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
