This position will support Prescott's, Inc.

Prescott's, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves processing orders, managing customer inquiries, preparing reports and coordinating between departments to facilitate sales activities.

The location for this position will be in Monument, CO.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound phone inquiries to the Sales department, providing exceptional customer service and timely support.

Assist the Sales Manager with various administrative and operational tasks.

Process orders for parts, full microscopes, and warranty claims, ensuring accurate and prompt fulfillment.

Oversee the packing and shipping of parts and warranty items.

Communicate effectively—both verbally and digitally—with the field team to provide updates and address inquiries regarding parts and microscope orders.

Maintain up-to-date information on the Production and Optics plan boards through in-person and digital updates.

Support the Sales team by managing and updating the Production Schedule and other department spreadsheets housed in SharePoint.

Serve as a backup for invoice processing, and assist with digital inventory management tasks such as transfers, harvesting, refurbishing, picking, packing, and order fulfillment.

Contribute to quality control efforts by learning internal procedures and assisting with warranty data entry in Qualio, the Quality Control Dashboard.

Oversee the logistics and management of the tabletop microscope rental fleet.

Strong real-time communication with colleagues and customers is essential for efficient daily operations.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate Range: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour

Requirements

Requirements:

High School or GED required

1- 2+ years of work related experience required.

Punctual timekeeping and good attendance.

Experience with all the Microsoft Office suite tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Etc.)

Familiarity with ERP software (Oracle / NetSuite preferred).

Must be Self-motivated and results driven.

Strong communication skills (Telephone, email and in-person)

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Must be able to pass background check and a drug test prior to starting.
