Job Description

TalentLogistiX is immediately seeking skilled Assembly Associates in the Sheridan, IN area to join our winning team! We offer steady work, above average wages with weekly pay for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr-$30.00/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Sheridan, IN 46069

Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm (some OT may be required)

Assembly Associate Responsibilities:

Assemble shot blast equipment and dust collectors

Wiring of new shot blast equipment

Read and understand schematics and blueprints

Position or align components and parts either manually or with hoists

Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts

Conduct quality control checks

Assembly Associate Qualifications:

3+ years of manufacturing assembly experience

Strong mechanical skills required

Strong electrical skills required
