Human Resources Administrative Assistant
HR Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks. This position will be supervised by the Human Resources Director.
This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR Director
Organize, compile, update personnel records and documentation.
Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, and accruals)
Assist in payroll preparation.
Assist with specified state and federal reports.
Process employeesâ requests and provide relevant information.
Manage job postings.
Manage the departmentâ s emails and phone calls and address queries accordingly.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Director
Education and Qualifications:
Associate Degree in a Human Resources or business-related field of study.
Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience as an administrative assistant.
Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software.
