We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, engaging in sales conversations, understanding customer needs, and promoting our products/services. This role plays a crucial part in our sales process by generating leads, scheduling appointments, and helping convert prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.

Follow up on leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

Customer Engagement:

Build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

Provide information about our products, answering any queries or concerns.

Explain the benefits of our products and services clearly and persuasively.

Sales Process:

Close sales over the phone by offering customized solutions and negotiating deals.

Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.

Lead Management:

Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualify leads and transfer high-potential prospects to the appropriate sales teams.

Customer Follow-up:

Conduct follow-up calls with existing customers for feedback, upselling, or cross-selling additional products.

Maintain strong post-sale relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and smooth handover of leads.

Share feedback with the marketing team to improve lead generation strategies.

Reporting:

Report daily/weekly sales activities and achievements to the sales manager.

Provide input on sales trends and client preferences.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in [industry-related experience, e.g., textiles]).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and influence others.

Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Previous sales experience is an advantage.
