Service Dispatch Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks

Planning the deployment of service technicians in direct coordination with our customers

Planning and coordination of system relocations

Reporting via EDP according to specifications (SalesForce/SAP)

Coordination of the system inventory of all Diasorin devices

Supporting the service management with administrative tasks

Spare parts management (deputy)

Technical management/sales support for monthly reporting

Education

Completed training as a technical system planner/ IT system administrator or comparable apprenticeship

Professional experience

First professional experience in the technical service environment, ideally in the field of medical technology, IT services or technical field service desirable

Experience in the coordination of technician assignments or in the scheduling of technical resources is an advantage

Practical experience in dealing with technical systems, ideally in the field of device management or system relocation is an advantage

Experience in working with service management systems is an advantage (e.. SAP, SalesForce) as well as good knowledge of common IT tools

Further knowledge and skills

Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in a technical service environment or in deployment planning (e.. hotline, scheduling, technical support)

Strong technical understanding of devices, systems and processes - preferably in medical technology, in the IT environment or for complex technical products

Confident handling of service and planning tools (e.. Salesforce, SAP)

Independent and reliable way of working and ability to work in a team

Good written and spoken English skills

SAP knowledge and SalesForce knowledge
