FNP in Petrolia, PA

About the Position:

Setting: Outpatient FQHC clinic in Petrolia, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM, with one evening shift until 7:00 or 8:00 PM

Work Hours: 40-hour work week, with 35 hours dedicated to direct patient care

Patient Appointments: New patients: 45 minutes to 1 hour; Follow-ups/med checks: 15-20 minutes

Team Environment: Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model with collaborative team-based care

Scope: Full-spectrum family medicine, serving patients of all ages

Collaboration: Work closely with MDs and a supportive healthcare team
