Overview:
Bailey Industries is looking for a personable and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our corporate office. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in handling reception duties and providing administrative support. Your responsibilities will include managing phone lines, maintaining records, and assisting with vehicle maintenance documentation. This position requires excellent organizational skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet callers with a professional attitude, direct calls, and manage busy phone lines.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle logs, repair documentation, and related files.
Perform data entry
Assist with documentation and tracking of vehicle maintenance and repair quotes.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the department manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment
Proficient in data entry and Excel
Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle busy phone lines while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
