Help design the next-generation workflow tool for media industry marketing teams

About the Role

Digital Broadcast Inc. is developing an innovative digital marketing tool aimed at assisting broadcasters in placing their newscast streams into emerging digital markets. We are seeking a Digital Product & Marketing Lead to spearhead both the creation of this tool and its go-to-market strategy. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product development and digital marketing and is ready to take ownership from concept to customer acquisition.

You will serve as both a strategic builder and a creative marketer, helping us define a new vertical for the company within a six-month timeframe—from proof-of-concept to active campaign delivery.

Additionally, you’ll lead the campaign strategy and execution of Digital Broadcast’s company marketing efforts across web, email, and social channels, maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Leadership

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define requirements and features for a new marketing tool tailored to digital broadcast stations.

Act as the digital marketing expert in product planning and review sessions.

Translate modern campaign workflows and content strategy into actionable product features.

Define UX requirements, personas, and ideal workflows for the product.

Lead the design, testing, and digital deployment of the MVP/proof-of-concept within a six-month timeframe.

Gather user feedback from station partners and adapt product features accordingly.

Oversee tool usability, scalability, and performance in collaboration with technical team members.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute the go-to-market plan post-deployment, positioning the product as a core offering in DBI’s portfolio.

Build compelling messaging that resonates with digital broadcast customers, leveraging pain points and value metrics.

Launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.).

Plan and execute digital marketing efforts across web, email, and social channels.

Manage and update the company website and landing pages.

Develop and oversee paid media campaigns on platforms like Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.

Create and coordinate marketing content, graphics, and collateral.

Use traditional marketing tools (email, press, partnerships) in tandem with innovative digital strategies to grow awareness and adoption.

Operational & Growth

Own the performance tracking of the tool post-launch: customer acquisition, usage, conversion, and retention.

Collaborate with customer support and sales to develop customer onboarding, demo materials, and success stories.

Act as product evangelist both internally and externally, including traveling to customers for one-to-one training.

Monitor and report on performance analytics, using data to refine strategy.

Maintain a consistent and professional presence across all digital platforms.

What You Bring:

3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital product leadership roles.

Proven track record of launching digital tools or platforms from scratch.

Strong understanding of social media ecosystems, trends, and content optimization for various channels.

Experience in a scrappy environment - you’re resourceful, proactive, and fast-moving.

Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Bonus: Experience in broadcast, streaming, or media tech is a major plus.
