Job Description

Skyline Designs Roofing & Restoration LLC is growing in the Houston area and we are looking for highly motivated and self-driven people who want to maximize their income! No experience necessary, as we will train whoever we feel is a good fit to the team. Current Roofing Sales Associates are making over $7k+ each month!

Work outdoors – independent - create your own schedule!

Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills

Must be able to sell and close contracts

Must be energetic, social, and have great people skills

Must be a self starter

Must be comfortable with commission-only based earnings

Must be comfortable dealing with customers face to face

Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof and perform inspection - (must not be scared of heights!)

Must have own reliable vehicle with valid insurance and driver's license

Must have good time management and the ability to prioritize your time

Must own a smartphone, be familiar with electronic tablets and possess basic web literacy

Attend lead appointments

Inspect properties and document damage as seen

Meet directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and provide assistance

Meet with the field adjuster from the insurance carrier

Supply company generated quotes to retail customers

Manage the roofing project

Canvas/door knock targeted areas for potential customers
