Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist with a minimum of 3 years’ experience running a 5 Axis Mill. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Mazatrol and possess a strong understanding of precision machining. This position will involve working in a temperature-controlled, air-conditioned environment at our Conroe, Texas facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a 5 Axis CNC Mill.

Set up, program, and troubleshoot machining processes.

Utilize Mazatrol control systems for programming and operation.

Work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents.

Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.

Maintain safety standards and adhere to all shop procedures.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience operating and programming a 5 Axis CNC Mill.

Proficient in using Mazatrol programming and operation.

Strong understanding of machining techniques and tools.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.

Team player with strong communication skills.
