Responsibilities
Planning, coordinating and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout
Establishing project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with client requirements
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Oversee project budgeting and cost control and manage change orders to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholder
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on affordable housing.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Most importantly, we consider how construction will impact the residents and management and take in to account the daily inconveniences that the renovation presents and ensure the smooth transformation of the communities we serve.
