Meat and Drink is a growing company with much room for advancement Working in symphony with local farmers is a big part of our company, from picking fresh produce, year-round local salad from Viking Aquaponics, burgers from local cattle and our very own heard of Wagyu. Seasonal menus are a must and a great way for staff to get involved on the creative side and we encourage participation. Special dinners including whiskey and wine paired dinners are also a chance for employees to get involved in the creative process, these dinners are a chance to work with guest chefs and other industry professionals. Duties:

- Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes in accordance with our restaurant's recipes and presentation standards.

- Assist with banquet and catering services, ensuring that all events are well-executed and meet the needs of our clients.

- Develop and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

- Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring that they have a positive dining experience.

- Help to maintain a positive and respectful work environment, providing support and guidance to all team members.
