Mechanical Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to become a part of our team! You will be required to perform a variety of engineering tasks, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase operation efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation and operation of various mechanical systems

Strong Knowledge in reading and interpreting plans and specifications

Managing and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to meet schedule deadlines

Develop and presenting bids and change orders proposals

Identify technologies to improve operational

Document design narratives & engineering analysis

Qualifications:

Previous experience in mechanical Projects with value ranging from 2 million to 20 million dollars (

Previously worked on projects with the State, City or Federal government Examples of agency's SCA, DEP, DASNY, NYCHA

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask
