Rx Return Services is an industry-leading reverse distributor in the pharmaceutical industry. Our warehouse facilitates the return of expired medication from pharmacies and medical facilities across America. We're currently serving over 250 facilities, and we are aggressively expanding. The company pays for your medical premium!
The Role
Daily, we receive boxes of expired medication from our customers, the processor will be responsible for organizing the products we receive and entering the data into our proprietary software.
The ideal candidate will be an integral team member who can rise above their day-to-day responsibilities and add value to the company and its employees.
Responsibilities:
Verify physical products are from the correct account number in our program
Inspect products for damage, clean up any sticky residue, and remove any stickers or patient labels
Scan products into the program accurately, verifying the lot number, expiration date, and count are accurate.
Sort products according to the scan status of the program, such as returnable, destruction, and in-dated
Weigh destruction and enter into the program, complete the required paperwork, and deliver to the verification line
Maintain clean workspace, throwing away trash and sweeping the work area
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must have a clean background and pass a drug test
Must be computer literate and have good data entry skills
Ability to speak, read, and write English Language
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must attend work consistently
Good attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Display a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Available to work overtime (as needed)
Adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow directions and work in cooperation with others
