** Must have press brake, welding and machinist background**
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Notify leadership of issues, malfunctions, or defective parts.
Maintain quality standards.
Perform repetitive tasks and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Practice 6S at all times.
Keep records of production quantities and time.
Assemble basic assemblies while meeting cycle time requirements.
Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process.
Assess the quality of parts and materials used in production.
Test finished products for defects and pack finished products for shipment.
Perform part marking as required.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Follow quality standards and established safety procedures in all work performed.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred)
No prior experience required
Capable of operating/running a single process or machine with minimum assistance
Basic understanding of safety and quality best practices of machinery and equipment
Familiarity with hand tools and materials such as metals, plastics, or purchased items
Basic knowledge of inspection processes or instruments for tasks being performed
Proficient in basic math and following verbal/written instructions
Basic computer skills
Flexibility to commit to variable schedules and prompt arrival for shifts
Ability to be cross-trained in other departments to address high-demand periods
Willingness to work in other areas as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
