Responsibilities:
Client Expansion ("Farming"): Grow existing client relationships by deepening engagement and identifying additional needs.
New Business ("Hunting"): Bring in new business through strategic outreachâ referred to internally as “securing new logos.”
Delivery Ownership: Ensure project success and client satisfaction; the person in this role will be held accountable for both the business development and execution sides of client engagements.
Consultative Selling: Lead high-level discussions, especially with mid-market clients in areas like AI, modernization, and digital transformation.
Internal Collaboration: Must build strong ties with the delivery team to align on execution and expectations.
Requirements:
Ability to lead client conversations around AI, modernization, or transformation without bringing in a technical SME too early
Need to come with established relationships in markets like Dallas or Houston, allowing for faster revenue generation
Can strategically sell AND take ownership of delivery outcomes
Can operate independently, self-start, and build their own business case without handholding
