An established organization in the design and creative services sector is currently looking for a polished Showroom Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and contribute to smooth daily administrative functions. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys working in a dynamic office environment. The selected candidate will create a welcoming experience for guests and colleagues, manage inquiries, support scheduling efforts, and ensure overall office efficiency by maintaining a clean workspace and handling essential administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and team members with professionalism and courtesy

Operate a multi-line phone system to field and direct calls

Coordinate internal events and ensure meeting rooms are ready and well-stocked

Receive and manage incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services

Maintain an orderly and presentable front desk area

Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and preparation of documents

Monitor and replenish office supplies in coordination with facilities

Uphold visitor security procedures and log management in a CRM system

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience within high end/luxury retail required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management abilities

Discreet handling of sensitive and confidential information

Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred

Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and CRM or visitor management software

Experience coordinating travel or managing executive calendars is a plus

Multilingual abilities are a plus
