Overview:

Fusion HCR is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a multiyear hybrid engagement in Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience managing custom software development projects, with strong familiarity in Agile and SDLC methodologies. This role will partner closely with Marketing and IT teams, so prior experience with MarTech platforms or marketing technology integrations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of software development projects, from initiation through deployment, following Agile or hybrid SDLC practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, UI/UX, marketing, and stakeholders, to define scope, timelines, and deliverables

Create and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and sprint schedules using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project

Manage dependencies, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos

Ensure documentation, testing, and deployment processes meet internal standards and compliance requirements

Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes in project scope, providing mitigation strategies and escalation as needed

Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, communicating updates and aligning on priorities

Drive continuous improvement in project delivery through post-mortem reviews and process enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field

5+ years of IT project management experience, with a strong focus on custom software development

Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and iterative development methodologies

Experience leading cross-functional teams in both technical and business contexts

Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Project, and other project tracking and reporting tools

Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills

Proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions in dynamic environments

Experience working with marketing or MarTech platforms is highly desirable

PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification is a plus

Preferred Experience:

Background in gaming, hospitality, or similarly regulated industries

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), or CRM integrations

Experience working in hybrid environments that blend Agile with traditional project structures
