Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Location: Elmira, NY 14902, United States.

Contract Length: 12+Months (extendable).

Current positions and schedule:

2p-10p medication delivery

Relief positions: 10p-6a

Relief 2p-10p

Infirmary relief 2p-10p

Medication delivery relief day (5a-1p)/ evening (12-8) medication delivery relief

Required Qualifications:

Preferred 1 year of Correctional experience.

EPIC experience

NYS RN license and BLS.

It is a maximum-security correctional facility. Current census is approximately 1200 male incarcerated individuals. A candidate with Med-Surg experience or Emergency Room experience would be given priority. Orientation will be provided by security and medical upon hire.
