Job Title: Welder/Fabricator 25+ Pay negotiable depending on experience

Job Description

A Welder or Fabricator is responsible for assembling pieces of metal together or repairing damage in metal components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting the metal into shape. Duties include reviewing blueprints, cutting the metal into the appropriate shape, and smoothing molten metal to remove creases. (Open to level of experience)

Responsibilities

MIG weld on carbon steel and some stainless steel.

Build bulk storage tanks.

Review blueprints.

Cut metal into appropriate shapes.Essential Skills

MIG welding experience on carbon and stainless steel.

Fabrication skills.

Blueprint reading.

Hand tool usage.Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.

Attention to detail.

Good time management skills.

Willingness to learn.

Ability to utilize a variety of shop tools and machinery.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This is a typical shop environment with individual workstations. Employees will work with a variety of shop tools and machinery.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
