Rate of Pay for the Assembler on 1st shift is $19.00 per hour and 2nd shift is $19.75 per hour with multiple increases during the first year!

Full-Time Hours for the Assembler on 1st shift are Monday through Thursday from 5:00am to 3:30pm and 2nd shift hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30pm to 6:00am. Overtime as needed

Essential Functions for the Assembler Include:

*Ability to ensure that component units meet specifications, schematics, tolerances, and customer quality requirements

*Safe and expert-level use of all tools including hydraulic equipment, hand tools, power tools, electro-cable tools for connections and wiring according to specifications

*Effective ongoing communication with Supervisors and peers in writing and in person

Minimum Requirements for the Assembler Include:

*High school diploma or GED.

*Prior mechanical experience and expertise is required.

*Problem Solving

*Self Starter

*Must be able to lift and move components weighing up to 75 pounds.

*Ability to read blue prints, schematics, and drawings.
