ERP Integration Manager

Job Description

We are in search of an ERP Integration Manager to be an integral part of our team in Summerville, South Carolina. The role involves the management and enhancement of our ERP systems, utilizing skills in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Epicor. This role is instrumental in streamlining our business processes and promoting efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize ERP systems, focusing on Epicor ERP for smooth business operations

• Utilize Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to customize ERP software as per business requirements

• Leverage Cloud Technologies to ensure efficient and secure data management within the ERP systems

• Enhance customer relationship management (CRM) through ERP systems to drive customer satisfaction

• Conduct AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of new implementations within the ERP systems

• Develop and implement Business Intelligence (BI) strategies through ERP to drive data-driven decision making

• Work on Business Process Functions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency

• Create and manage Business Requirement Documents to ensure alignment of ERP systems with business needs

• Oversee Change Management related to ERP system modifications to minimize disruptions

• Manage QAD ERP systems to support manufacturing processes• Proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP)

• Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Familiarity with Epicor and Epicor Erp software

• Ability to conduct AB Testing

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques

• Understanding of Business Process Functions

• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Document

• Proficiency in Change Management processes

• Familiarity with QAD software
