Robert Half has partnered with a wealth managent firm south of Hartford in the Wethersfield/Glastonbury area in their search of a Relationship Manager / Client Service Associate to join their team. Supporting two Advisors, this role will partner with 4 other Relationship Managers to provide great client support and communication.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries promptly.
• Manage administrative tasks such as account updates, cashiering, and ensuring all client requests are completed accurately.
• Monitor and track client paperwork and account changes from initiation to completion, verifying accuracy throughout the process.
• Handle distribution, withdrawal, transfer, and investment requests in a timely and precise manner.
• Keep client files and organizational records updated and accurate to ensure seamless operations.
• Serve as a key support resource for advisors by preparing necessary materials and data for client meetings.
• Coordinate communications and follow-ups related to client needs and requests.
• Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the team.
• Assist in operational tasks that enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client interactions.
• Familiarity with financial services or benefits administration is a plus.
• Competency in managing operational processes such as transfers, withdrawals, and account updates.
