What You’ll Do:
· Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians in daily preventative and reactive maintenance.
· Ensure production runs smoothly with minimal downtime and high-quality output.
· Set clear expectations, coach, and provide ongoing technical training.
· Manage departmental KPIs, budgets, and performance planning through Continuous Improvement initiatives.
· Coordinate repair and improvement projects, including parts procurement and process optimization.
· Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using the PDCA process.
· Maintain clean, Lean-compliant workspaces and audit work quality.
· Participate in interviews, staff development, and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
What You Bring:
· 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
· 1+ year of supervisory experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and motor systems knowledge (AC, DC, Servo).
· Flexibility to work variable hours and extend shifts as needed.
Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required):
· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and CI concepts.
· Experience with PLCs, robotics, automation, and machine vision systems.
· Hands-on with sensors (photoelectric/proximity) and maintenance software.
· Microsoft Access knowledge.
