Key Responsibilities:
Perform equipment swaps, upgrades, and refreshes onsite with high attention to detail.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Chromebooks, PC desktop systems, and other workstation hardware/software.
Provide basic technical support to ensure smooth equipment deployment and operation.
Ensure proper setup, configuration, and functionality of all hardware and software.
Collaborate with team members and management on process improvement and technical support best practices.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with PC hardware, software, and workstation configuration is required.
Basic technical knowledge of operating systems and device troubleshooting.
Experience with Chromebooks or Chromebook ecosystems is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Technical support experience in an IT setting or equivalent coursework.
Proficiency with PC desktop/workstation setups and basic repair/support.
Knowledge of software installations and system upgrades.
