Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Project Manager position!
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of customer-facing personnel, ensuring adherence to performance expectations and protocols.
Assist with staffing, shift assignments, and scheduling.
Deliver coaching and feedback in real time to promote excellent customer service.
Act as an escalation point for challenging customer service situations.
Foster a professional, positive team environment aligned with airport service values.
Perform daily reports and provide input for continuous service improvement.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience, including supervisory or lead experience.
Experience working in an airport setting
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and move throughout the airport as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with airport operations and protocols.
Training or coaching experience in a high-volume service setting.
Multilingual ability and cultural competency.
