Staff Accountant

Job Description

A growing $ 70 M+ privately held (PE) equipment sales and services provider that plans to grow to $300M, primarily through acquisitions, is looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, is responsible, patient, level-headed, and is ok with being flexible to the needs of a growing business.

Summary Primary Responsibilities:

General Accounting Functions

Account Reconciliations

Journal Entries

Lease Accounting (ASC 842)

Candidate Qualifications:

Accounting or Business Degree. Work experience will be considered in lieu of a Degree

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a "solid" general accountant (more experience required if no Degree)

Some recent NetSuite experience is required; more is preferred.

Intermediate Excel skills – Routine working experience using VLOOKUPs, Pivots, data filtering/sorting, and basic formulas.
