Location: Travel Required (Projects in Active Detention Centers & New Construction)

Full-Time Must Pass a Background Check

We are a Detention Contractor specializing in Prison Construction, seeking a skilled Low Voltage Technician to join our Security Electronics Installation team. This role involves installing, troubleshooting, and servicing Security Access Control Systems, Perimeter Detection Systems, and CCTV Systems in correctional facilities.

What You’ll Do:

Security Access Control Systems – Install, troubleshoot, and service:

Touch Screen-Controlled Systems

Door/Access Control

Intercom Communication

Card Readers

Paging & Lighting Control

Perimeter Detection Systems – Install and service:

Microwave Systems

Shaker Wire Systems

CCTV Systems – Install and maintain:

IP Cameras (Fixed, PTZ, 360)

Network Video Recorders

Fiber Optic Installation – Work with:

Single Mode & Multi-Mode Fiber

General Installations:

Various raceway and cable tray systems

Wiring in raceways

Adhere to all quality and safety codes

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Previous work in electrical, low voltage, or related fields

Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals

Hands-On Ability: Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools

Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills

Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel for project-based assignments
