We're Hiring: Financial Analyst $80K–$100K

We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Financial Analyst ready to turn data into strategy. You'll work directly with the CFO and cross-functional teams to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis that fuel smart decision-making and drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

Own the annual forecasting and monthly variance analysis

Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports

Analyze data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities

Support key departments like sales, procurement, and ops with financial insights

Provide ad hoc analysis and recommendations to leadership

Conduct market research to benchmark performance

What You Bring:

3+ years in FP&A or financial analysis

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Power BI

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
