Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with general building maintenance tasks.

Participate in various maintenance projects, learning new skills and techniques.

Help with resident requests and special event preparations.

Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of our facilities.

Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in High School.

1-3 months of relevant work experience helpful, but not required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
