Pricing and Contracts Coordinator

Job Description

RDP Foodservice is looking to hire a customer service minded Pricing and Contracts Coordinator to join our Finance team located in Hilliard, OH.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRICING AND CONTRACTS COORDINATOR

Load customer pricing including item exceptions and all other daily pricing maintenance.

Maintain the execution of customer rebates, vendor agreements, and internal deviations.

Answer pricing queries escalated from management and sales team.

Compiles data and prepares a variety of routine reports and contract summaries.

Research and resolve cost and pricing discrepancies to ensure pricing data integrity.

Review and audit price change reports.

Review incoming vs. outgoing vendor price lists and contracts to ensure accuracy and profitability.

Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRICING AND CONTRACTS COORDINATOR

Strong computer skills with emphasis on MS Office - Intermediate Excel skills with ability to manipulate data.

Detail oriented.

Sense of urgency.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent problem-solving skills to find and resolve any issues.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Friendly, positive, and customer service oriented.

EERP/accounting software experience a plus.

Associates degree required.
