Title: Manager, Events Enterprise Sales

Compensation: $90K-$100K base + commission

Location: Remote

About the Job:

Lakeside HR Group has been engaged by our client to recruit for a Manager of Event Sales to own the full sales cycle for a growing SaaS platform in the K-12 events space. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and driving revenue by building strong relationships with school districts and education organizations. This is a high-impact role with future leadership opportunities as they scale.

If you’re a proven sales pro with a passion for K-12 education and a talent for solution selling, this is your shot to make an impact. You’ll sell into enterprise-level accounts, work with qualified leads, and manage renewals. As we grow, you'll lead a small sales support team and help shape our go-to-market strategy. It’s more than just a quota—it’s about building trust, solving real challenges, and helping schools deliver unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle for enterprise event software targeting K-12 organizations

• Build and manage a sales pipeline of both new prospects and existing accounts

• Deliver presentations and demos that focus on value and impact—not just features

• Collaborate with marketing and customer success to drive cross-functional alignment

• Analyze performance data and leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft) for smarter sales decisions

• Travel up to 20% for client visits and education-focused industry events

• Mentor future SDRs and account managers as the team grows

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of B2B or SaaS sales experience (event or education tech preferred)

• Demonstrated success with consultative/solution selling and enterprise clients

• Strong background in or passion for K-12 education systems

• Sharp communicator—written, verbal, and in demo settings

• Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)

• Detail-oriented with strong pipeline and contact management skills

• Comfortable with both virtual and in-person selling
