Bi-weekly BCBA Meetings and Monthly Team Collaboration

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive, individualized ABA treatment plans based on formal assessments and observations

Supervise RBTs and provide weekly support and training

Conduct parent and caregiver training (minimum 1 hour/week)

Deliver direct services when needed

Administer and score formal assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABAS-3, Vineland-3, SRS-2)

Maintain timely documentation and reports per Breakthrough and insurance requirements

Determine and develop necessary programming materials

Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure client success

Perform fidelity checks and interobserver agreement

Lead staff trainings and ensure accurate program implementation

Attend clinical and operational meetings

Meet all productivity and compliance expectations

Travel as needed for in-home service delivery

Uphold all Breakthrough ABA policies and supervise compliance among direct reports

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay Range: $50-$65 hour (commensurate with experience)

Part-Time Options Available

Shifts: Flexible and based on your availability

Location: Beaumont, TX

Skills and Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with BACB

Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with TDLR

National Provider Identifier (NPI) number

Current CAQH profile

Completion of BACB-required 8-hour supervision training

Current CPR Certification
