DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners who are developing, publishing, and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program
Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for a lasting partner relationship
Define a clear call purpose and conversation approach, ensuring consistent and repeatable execution
Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience
Implement a structured multi-channel outreach strategy, utilising calls, emails, and social media
Prioritise customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.
Position competitive solutions and offerings in alignment with customer needs and experiences
Gather and relay customer feedback, to inform future business decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/Fluent in German or Dutch, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English
Have 1-2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success and/or experience in account or customer management
Proficient in using office productivity tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Experience working with or selling cloud-based solutions or similar technologies
Hold relevant certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies
