Main Duties:
Respond to internal/external HR related inquiries and provide assistance
Keep up to date with the latest HR practices
Schedule meetings, interviews and HR events
Maintain and update employee records (both physical files and HRIS)
Support the recruitment/onboarding process by processing work permit
documentation, communicating with internal departments and registering with
relevant authorities such as Jobsplus
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and any other duties that may be required
What Skills do you need?
Secondary level of Education with O level standard in main subjects (eg. English and Mathematics)
Preferably with 1 year working experience in HR or administration, ideally with a keen interest in Human Resources
Knowledge/experience using HRIS, work permit process and related authorities
Demonstrates attention to detail in work, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
Able to adhere to all organisational policies, regulations, and standards
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to provide a positive employee experience in response time and support
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
