Requirements
3-7+ years of B2B sales experience in FinTech or SaaS (ideally within APIs, payment platforms, digital banking).
Proven track record of closing high-value deals and consistently beating targets.
Strong understanding of API-driven sales and ability to communicate technical concepts with confidence.
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) is non-negotiable.
Self-starter with a builder’s mentality you're comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
Confident, persuasive communicator with great negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus: Experience selling into African, European, or Francophone markets.
Responsibilities
Drive new business through outbound prospecting and warm leads.
Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close.
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand technical aspects of our API and craft customized pitches.
Build and manage a strong pipeline across multiple markets.
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and work towards long-term account growth.
Deliver compelling proposals tailored to prospects’ pain points and needs.
Keep CRM and sales dashboards up-to-date with accurate forecasting.
