Workers Comp: $4.03/hr.

FICA and Medicare: $2.56/hr.

State Unemployment: $0.49/hr.

401k employer contribution (up to 3%): $0.75/hr.

Health Insurance (we pay 95% premium for 1 of 3 plans): $3.36/hr.

Sick, Holidays, Vacation: $2.22/hr.

Total benefits package: Additional $13.41/hr above your base pay!

Profit-sharing program after one year of employment (about $375/month to $1,700/month for one to five years of tenure).

Experience, skills, and attributes we are in search of:

6+ years of high-end residential remodeling experience

Proficiency in light framing, demo, Installing windows / doors

Experience in building additions and completing remodels from start to finish

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well.

Capable of lifting 80+ pounds

Dexterity, stamina, excellent balance for working at heights on ladders or scaffolding, overall ability to maintain performance and prevent injury

Capable of solving problems that may arise; Exceptional observation of details

Knowledge of light electrical, plumbing, and drywall repair is a plus

Proficient with reading blueprints & staying current with building codes & regulations

Experience with leak detection, moisture intrusion, & repairing wood rot

Tools needed for any scope of work

Keep in mind that this is remodeling, not new home construction or just finish work

Compensation details: 25-30 Hourly Wage
