Job Description

Hiring for 2nd shift - 2:30 pm - 11:00pm!

Setup and insert product into equipment. Remove product from equipment

Continuously inspect produced material for conformance to specifications. Identify and separate defective product

Must be able to troubleshoot quickly and make decisions on the fly to keep the shift running

Report problems with equipment or product to department supervisor or manager

Achieve or exceed levels of production that have been established for equipment typ.

Read and follow job instructions on work tickets for each job

Report production information to supervisor as requested

Comply with use of safety equipment and procedures at all times

Maintain neat and clean work area at all times

WE ARE LOCATED IN THE DEDHAM-WEST ROXBURY-NEEDHAM AREA

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

· Ability to read and write to the level necessary to understand work tickets, policies and procedures

· Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)

· Strong attention to detail

· Mechanical aptitude

· Ability to learn new technologies

· Experience in a manufacturing environment

· Ability to stand up to 8 hours.

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug-screening, a background check investigation; including a credit check, previous employment check, social security verification, and education check. Also, must be able to obtain government clearances as deemed by the company.
