The Role

Run day-to-day clinical operations with ownership mindset

Mentor and coach your PT team in regular 1:1s and team huddles

Collaborate with marketing to grow the clinic

Use data to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction

Who You Are

Licensed PT (DPT, MPT) with 1+ years of experience

You've got leadership instincts—even if you haven't had the title yet

You care deeply about outcomes and hate to lose

Organized, growth-minded, and energized by building something great
