Title: PCA: Personal Care Assistant (Caregiver)

Status: Full Time Temporary

Shift: Days and Evenings, Days/Shifts Vary, Every Other Weekend

Department: Redstone @ Home

What will I do as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)?:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team at Redstone @ Home. In this role, you will provide essential care to seniors in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as:

Personal Care: Bathing, grooming, dressing, incontinence care, and toileting assistance.

Mobility: Assisting with transfers, walking, and positioning.

Meal Preparation: Assisting with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.

Light Housekeeping: Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and errands.

Medication Reminders: Assisting with medication reminders and administration (as directed).

Companionship: Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License in good standing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient demeanor
