Are you a skilled Mold Technician looking to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring top-tier mold performance, product quality, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mold changes, setups, and adjustments on injection molding machines based on production requirements.

Troubleshoot mold and machine issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Clean, inspect, and maintain molds to ensure they are in excellent working condition.

Assist in the installation, alignment, and calibration of molds using precision tools.

Conduct regular preventative maintenance and document all repairs and performance updates.

Collaborate with production staff to enhance cycle times and ensure product quality meets or exceeds standards.

Monitor equipment and process parameters to maintain consistent production output.

Uphold a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with company safety regulations.

Report issues and suggest improvements to supervisors and cross-functional teams. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications in mold maintenance or related fields are a plus).

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mold Technician in an injection molding environment.

Strong understanding of injection molding machinery, processes, and materials.

Skilled in using precision measuring tools and troubleshooting techniques.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and performing repetitive tasks involving standing, bending, and kneeling.
