Food Preparation & Cooking
Morning Magic: Whip up breakfast favorites and call-order meals that keep our guests fueled and smiling.
Daily Prep: Follow the Daily Prep List and portion items precisely using standard recipe cards—no guesswork here!
Quality First: Stick to our cooking methods, portion sizes, and plating standards for delicious, consistent results.
Kitchen Standards & Sanitation
Clean & Pristine: Maintain spotless workstations, keeping tables, shelves, walls, and equipment sanitized according to DHEC regulations.
Daily Routines: Complete opening and closing checklists to ensure every corner of the kitchen stays tidy and ready for action.
Check & Report: Quickly address any equipment or product quality issues, and inform the manager on duty if shortages arise.
Communication & Soft Skills
Team Collaboration: Work closely with managers and fellow kitchen staff, offering help and sharing tips to keep the kitchen humming.

Delivery & Catering Duties

Equipment Care: Return all delivery gear in excellent condition—clean, organized, and ready for the next event.
Flexibility: Step in for various tasks, whether prepping, serving, or helping with the setup and breakdown of catered functions.
Team Meetings & Continuous Improvement
Show Up & Speak Up: Attend staff meetings prepared with ideas to improve efficiency, boost team morale, and wow our guests.
Share the Joy: Offer suggestions for new recipes, techniques, or organization methods—great kitchens thrive on fresh ideas!
Additional Tasks
Grow with Us: Take on other responsibilities as assigned by your manager or Director of Facilities. We’re all about development here, and you’ll learn something new every day.Requirements:
Culinary Background: Enrolled in culinary school, Graduate from culinary school and/or up to 2 years of hands-on cooking experience (not fast food).
Catering Know-How: Prior experience in catering, including serving and setup, is a big plus.
Communication Pro: Strong written and verbal skills, and the ability to collaborate with managers and colleagues effectively.
Physical Readiness: Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours and frequently lifting items up to 35 pounds.
Self-Motivated: Able to excel under limited supervision, staying organized and productive.
