In this role, program CNC machinery and design efficient route sheets while actively promoting cost-effective, quality-improving manufacturing techniques. Core Responsibilities

Manage both line and support tasks, overseeing production activities and innovating CNC programs and route sheets.

Direct a multi-functional team, execute training routes, and facilitate cost-reductive processes. Leadership & Support

Assume leadership in supervisory scenarios, directing Bargaining Unit Personnel toward achieving operational excellence. Key Tasks

Supervise machining operations and facilitate interactions between SAP and CAD/CAM interfaces.

Develop CNC programs and toolkit orders critical for production advancement.

Focus efforts on eradicating the causes of scrap and product reworking.

Promote a culture of workplace safety and optimal housekeeping standards.

Assure that ISO 9000 criteria are consistently followed. Qualifications

A decade of industry engagement in manufacturing, CNC planning, and route sheet technology is essential.

Strong leadership skills and proficiency in both communication and analytical problem-solving are required. Technical Skills Needed
