Our continually expanding client base gives us an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in various industries. We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the operational management of a branch office

Development and implementation of the construction quality control program

Assisting with business development activities, including estimating and proposal preparation

Effective client maintenance

Project management

Enforcement of company operating procedures and policies

Subconsultant management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields

Over 10 years of progressive experience in construction industry, including knowledge of and experience with materials testing & inspections

Demonstrated experience leading teams to meet organizational and departmental goals

Experience with geotechnical services preferred

Highly organized, ethical, and self-motived individual with strong problem-solving ability

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Local candidates with knowledge of Mid-Atlantic business and industry practices preferred

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
