Your Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across various platforms and systems
Verify and review data to ensure its integrity and consistency
Assist with generating reports and preparing data for analysis
Customer Service:
Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional responses
Resolve customer issues with empathy and a solutions-focused approach
Provide information about products, services, and company policies
Document customer interactions and feedback for process improvement
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Strong typing skills and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
