Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank statements

Prepare financial reports and summaries as requested

Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation

Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:

Proven work history in an office setting

Experience in QuickBooks and Excel strongly preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
