Director of Enterprise Services

Job Description

Swish is seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to shape and accelerate our enterprise services development efforts. As Director of Enterprise Services, you will play a critical role in building and evolving our lifecycle service offerings aligned with the needs of our customers, partners, and vendor ecosystem. Reporting to the Finance organization, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, and Partner teams to create scalable, high-impact service programs that drive long-term value and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the development and execution of enterprise lifecycle services aligned with industry trends, OEM initiatives, and customer priorities.

Strengthen Swish’s position within key vendor programs by ensuring active participation and alignment with lifecycle management objectives.

Design and launch go-to-market strategies for support contracts, adoption services, and enterprise lifecycle offerings.

Work closely with OEM partners to tailor service offerings that meet evolving customer needs and drive joint success.

Collaborate with pre-sales engineering, overlays, and account teams to craft compelling, value-based service proposals.

Manage sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and operational metrics to support business growth and profitability.

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in IT services, enterprise sales, or partner program development, with proven leadership responsibility.

Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments and experience managing multi-million-dollar service portfolios.

Strong track record of building and maintaining strategic vendor and partner relationships.

Excellent communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to influence across internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a proactive, hands-on approach, comfortable balancing big-picture vision with tactical execution.

Experience in a VAR, MSP, or OEM channel environment is highly desirable.Company Description
